We handle the logistics by collecting your vacuum for servicing and return it to your door step, making the process seamless and stress free.

Our Steps To a Professional Repair

Having diagnosed the problem and liasing with you, we then solve the problem. ​

Detail, Polish, Test
Step 3:
Detailing and Last Checks!
Once serviced/repaired, machines are bench tested to ensure the problem is solved. ​​​
Stage 1: Diagnosing the problem - having listened to your reports and conducting specialist test, we identify any problems at hand. Once the problem(s) have been identified, we then liaise with you and await the go head for any repairs.
Stage 2: Servicing / Repairing - having confirmed everything with you, we then begin. If a service has been confirmed as well as repairs we initiate the servicing by stripping the machine down to its core ready to be hand cleaned and sterilised. Once thoroughly dry, the rebuilding and repairs can begin.
Stage 3: Detailing, Polishing and Testing - When the machine has been rebuilt and repaired, we then bench test them to ensure the machine is back to 100%. The final touch, having had a service, is the detailing and polishing, this ensures your appliance is sparkling clean ready for collection.
